  • How can I track my order?
    • You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Have your tracking number handy? Click here to track your order directly.
  • Do you provide size information?
    • Yes. Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Still unsure? Feel free to reach out, we’re happy to help.
  • What is your return policy?
    • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

      Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return costs.

      Once we have received your return and approved the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.

  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
    • If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Simply email info@milaranewyork.com with:

      – Your order number
      – Clear photos of the damage
      – A short description of the issue

      We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. Thank you for being part of our community, your satisfaction matters to us. 

  • Do you ship to the U.S.?
    • Yes. We currently only deliver to the U.S.

      The estimated delivery time is:

      Processing time: 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday)

      Shipping time: 8–12 working days (Monday–Friday)

      Total delivery time: approx. 9–15 working days from date of purchase.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Google pay, Apple pay, Shop pay and Amazon pay.
  • Where do I enter my discount code?
    • You can enter your discount code at checkout. On the checkout page, look for the “Discount Code” box, type in your code, and click “Apply.” The discount will be reflected in your total. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    • You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this period, the order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item after delivery, following our return process.
