Hi, I'm Milara.

A few years ago, life looked very different for me.

Like many women, I spent years focusing on everyone else first. Family, work, responsibilities, and the endless demands of everyday life often left little room for myself.

Then life began to change.

As the years passed and my children became more independent, I finally found something I hadn't had in a long time: time for myself.

And with that came a realization.

I wanted to feel confident again.
